These terms protect you, our staff, and the experience of every guest in the venue.
Terms by Category
Reservations
All reservations require a deposit. The deposit secures your date, table, and staff. Final payment is due 48 hours before the event.
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other guests. We reserve the right to remove disruptive guests without refund.
Liability
FreshBonusDeals is an entertainment-only venue. We are not responsible for personal property, injuries resulting from intoxication, or losses during gameplay.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada.
Important Conditions
Before you arrive, please review these key conditions so your event runs smoothly.
- Valid government-issued ID is required for entry.
- Reservations are non-transferable without notice.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
- Smoking and vaping are restricted to designated outdoor areas.
72+ Hours
Full deposit refund with no penalty.
24–72 Hours
50% of the deposit is refundable.
Less Than 24 Hours
Deposit is non-refundable, but the event can be rescheduled.
